The Marketing Options area of Applied Epic® Reports allows you to add sticky notes and activities (with further actions), and send letters, emails and texts – all based on a report. If you want activities added to an account at a specific time of the policy lifecycle, you can schedule a daily report to run so you get your activities added when you want them. If you need to flag accounts with a sticky note that meet certain criteria, you can do it here. If you want to generate an email to your clients using reports, you can do that too.
