Ensure your policyholders have the correct access to view policies, documents, and more within the Applied CSR24® self-service portal. There are several security configurations that must be reviewed and considered prior to granting a user access to self-serve. This session will define security access levels and explain how to properly grant individual contacts those permissions. This session is specific to Applied CSR24 system administrators. Hands-on labs will have computers for you to use, so you can work in the software alongside the instructor to apply your learnings in real time. However, only a limited number of workstations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
