This session provides a comprehensive update on what’s new and what’s next for Canada commercial lines in Applied Epic®, highlighting how recent enhancements and upcoming innovations are shaping a more connected, efficient commercial workflow.

Attendees will first explore what’s new, including Epic Quotes Commercial Lines (EQCL) unified submissions that streamline real time and email workflows, and the Indio® integration with Applied Epic Forms that enables seamless collection and synchronization of application data between brokers and insureds.

The session will then look ahead to what’s next, with a forward‑looking overview of upcoming capabilities, including Epic AutoFill with EQCL and Applied Epic Forms, commercial downloads, Applied Book Builder™ prospecting, and the Submission Manager. Together, these innovations are designed to reduce manual data entry, improve data quality, and further modernize the end‑to‑end commercial lines experience for Canadian brokers.
