Across all roles – leaders, account managers, and support staff – many experience that pressure quietly, unsure of when or how to speak up. This panel will open that conversation and focus on reducing stigma while providing practical tools anyone can use. Through guided discussion, participants will explore how mental health shows up at work, what makes it difficult to talk about, and how to better support themselves and each other.
