This session is designed to help mid-sized and large agencies effectively navigate and utilize the Security areas in Applied Epic®. We will explore the key differences between Applied Epic login and employee codes, providing a high-level understanding of how they integrate within the system. The session will also cover the General sub-area of program access, key roles, and considerations for Segregation of Duties (SoD). Additionally, attendees will gain insight into the most effective reports for management teams, the benefits of security groups, and general best practices to ensure a secure and efficient Applied Epic environment.
