For agents with access to the Reporting Pro feature, this hands-on session will teach you how to leverage custom reports in EZLynx. These reports allow you to build your own forecasting metrics and make informed predictions about your business. This session will feature capabilities that are only available with EZLynx Reporting Pro. All EZLynx hands-on labs are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Please bring your laptop to follow along, as no equipment will be provided.
