As standards for authentication, email protocols, and web-based applications evolve, Applied continues modernizing Applied Epic® in these areas. This course will discuss the importance of modernizing your approach to these foundational components of Applied Epic and prepare you from an IT perspective for implementing the changes necessary to take full advantage of modernization. This session will cover the introduction of identity provider authentication to leverage your existing security practices and ensure compliance with data security standards, preparation for utilizing a modernized approach to outbound email distribution, and education regarding the Applied Epic Connection Suite deployment process.
